Im Ersten Stock befinden sich hauptsächlich die Konferenzräume von denen einer auch über ein geheimes Treppenhaus zu betreten ist, das bis in den Keller und dort in einen Geheimgang führt. Damit vermeiden es bestimmte Teilnehmer, gesehen zu werden.
